How to make
Heat 3 tablespoons of oil in a skillet and fry the diced pork meat in it. Sprinkle it with spices and stir.
After 5-6 minutes, add a little wine and then let the dish simmer under the lid for 10 minutes. Then transfer everything into an oven dish.
Arrange the chopped leeks on top (can also use peppers or carrots), the finely chopped tomatoes and olive halves. Add the rest of the wine and season the dish again.
Put it in a preheated 360°F (180 °C) oven and bake until ready.
