Ingredients

  • cauliflowers - 14 oz (400 g)
  • carrots - 4 - 5, small
  • corn - 3 tbsp, canned
  • pickles - 4
  • butter - 2 tbsp
  • salt
  • black pepper

How to make

Wash the cauliflower and divide it into florets. Boil in salted water until softened, along with the carrots.

Take them out and add the butter, chopped pickles and corn to them.

Mix everything well and season with salt and black pepper to taste. Serve it as a garnish to meatballs or other meat dishes.
