How to make
Melt the butter and mix it with the eggs that have been beaten with the sugar beforehand. In thin trickles, add the sifted flour and baking powder. Gradually, pour in the yoghurt also.
Stir all of the ingredients to get a dough. Put it in a container, cover it and put it in the fridge for 30 min. Then roll out the dough into a thick crust. Using a glass, cut out circles.
Poke a hole through the middle with your finger and place them in a pot with heated oil. Fry on both sides and take them out. Arrange them onto a napkin, to drain away any excess oil. Serve with powdered sugar (optional).
