How to make
Season the chicken with the lemon juice, turmeric and half the olive oil. Season with spices of your choice.
Heat the remaining olive oil and fry the meat for 5 min. Add the water, bring to a boil and saute for 15 min.
Cut up the chicken and put it in a bowl with the pistachios and sauces from cooking.
Cut the baguette in 2 but not all the way through. Pull out the insides of it and pour in half the chicken mixture.
Pour the pâté on top and top off with the remaining meat. Cover with the top baguette half, cool and cut it into servings.
