How to make
Mix the flour, cocoa, baking powder, sugar and soya milk, stir until you get a homogenous mixture (if the mixture is too thick or too runny, you can add more soya milk or flour as needed).
Mash the banana to a puree and add it to the mixture for the muffins, then stir everything well once more. For best results, you can use a chopper as well.
Prepare a Teflon muffin tray. Smear each of its cups very lightly with oil. Then take a little of the mixture and put some on the bottom of each cup.
Break the chocolate into small pieces and put one in each cup. Then, top off the cups with the remaining muffin mixture. Put some almonds or other nuts on top and put the tray in a preheated 320°F (160 °C) oven. Bake no more than 30 min.
