How to make
Mix the flour with the baking powder and vanilla.
Crack the eggs into the mixer bowl.
Add the sugar and beat until fluffy and white.
Add the oil in a thin stream along with the milk.
Add the flour in small amounts and then the grated lemon peel.
Arrange the paper muffin cups and put a spoonful of the mixture, a little of the liquid chocolate and fill with the mixture.
The total amount should not exceed 3/4, because the vanilla muffins puff up and there is a danger that they will come out of the molds.
Heat the oven to 360°F (180°C).
Sprinkle with granulated sugar and bake the muffins with chocolate and milk until done.
Take them out, cool them and serve your muffins.
