How to make
Boil the washed bulgur, then rinse it under running water. You can also soak it in water ahead of time and use it without boiling.
Add the finely diced onions, tomatoes and zucchini, chopped mint and parsley to the bulgur.
Stir slightly and pour fresh squeezed lemon juice over the salad, sprinkle with salt and olive oil at the end.
