Ingredients

  • sprat - 8 oz (225 g)
  • flour - 2 tbsp
  • olive oil - 4 tbsp
  • for the salsa
  • onions - 1 head
  • garlic - 2 cloves
  • tomatoes - 4
  • chili peppers - 1
  • olive oil - 2 tbsp
  • sherry - 4 tbsp
  • breadcrumbs - 1 2/3 tbsp (25 g)
  • black pepper
  • basil
  • parsley
  • salt

How to make

To prepare the salsa, place the chopped onions, garlic, tomatoes, olive oil and chili pepper in a pot and saute for 10 min.

Flavor with the sherry, black pepper and salt.

Add the basil and parsley, breadcrumbs and stir.

Roll the sprat in the flour and fry it in the heated olive oil. Serve with the salsa.
