How to make
Dice the feta cheese, cut the tomato into thin slices. Cut the pepper into thin round slices. Chop the dill finely.
Cut the eggplants in 2 lengthwise and cut each half into long slices.
Smear each slice with olive oil and grill 4 min. on each side.
Put feta cheese, a tomato slice, pepper slice on half the eggplant slices, sprinkle with dill and salt and place the other eggplant halves on top.
Press them together and serve while still warm.
