Ingredients

  • flour - 2 cups
  • sugar - 1 cup
  • oil - 1/2 cup
  • milk - 1 cup
  • eggs - 1
  • baking powder - 1/2 tsp
  • cherries - 1 1/5 cups (300 g)
  • ice cream - 8 scoops, vanilla
  • for the crumbs
  • flour - 4/5 cup (200 g)
  • sugar - 2/5 cup (100 g)
  • vanilla - 1
  • butter - 2/5 cup (100 g)

How to make

Clean the pits from the cherries. Make sweet crumbs by combining the flour, sugar, vanilla and butter for them and rubbing them to form crumbs.

Prepare a dough by mixing the sugar, baking powder, oil, milk and egg.

Mix well and pour it into an oven dish laid out with baking paper. Distribute the cherries on top and cover with the sweet crumbs.

Bake 1 hour at 360°F (180 °C). Serve hot or cooled, garnishing with 1 scoop of ice cream per serving.
