How to make
Mix the flour with the eggs, sugar, salt and 1 1/3 tbsp (20 g) of the butter.
Add the milk and stir until you obtain a runny dough.
Clean the cherries from their pits and arrange them at the bottom of a buttered tray. Pour the dough over them.
Put pieces of butter on top and bake in a moderate oven. After it cools, cut it into slices and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
