How to make
Peel the orange and cut the rind into thin strips. Bring to them to a boil in water, cover and boil 10 min. Cool. Squeeze out the juice from the orange.
In a small pot mix the orange juice with the lemon juice, jelly, wine and mustard. Heat a little until the jelly melts.
Add the orange rind, bring to a boil and remove from the stove. The sauce is suitable for different kinds of meat, turkey and ham.
