How to make
Heat the oven to 360°F (180 °C). Cut out 4 circles from the parchment paper, large enough to be able to cover the fish.
Smear them with oil and place the fish on top. Melt the butter in a small pot, add the chopped shallots and braise until browned.
Then pour in all the spices to the butter. Pour 1 tbsp of the wine onto each fish, then smear it with the spiced butter.
Wrap the fish and put them in a tray, bake in the heated oven for 20-25 min. Serve with lemon slices.
