How to make
Wash the lemons, dry them and use a vegetable peeler to peel the rind very thinly. Squeeze out the fruit juice. Put the rinds in a large jar, pour in the vodka and lemon juice.
Cover with foil and close tightly. Leave it in dark and cool area for 1 week. Boil a syrup from the sugar and 1 cup (250 ml) water for 10 min. on low heat.
Remove from the stove and cool. Strain the mixture from the jar through a 4-layer gauze. Combine it with the sugar syrup, pour into a bottle and store in the fridge.
