  • yoghurt - 5 - 6 tbsp
  • lemons - 1
  • apple juice - 1/2 cup (140 ml)
  • carrot juice - 2/5 cup (100 ml)

How to make

Cut the well washed tomatoes into quarters and put them in a blender.

Add the peeled and coarsely chopped cucumber, as well as the yoghurt, the juice of the lemon and carrot and apple juices.

Blend the products for 10-20 seconds. You can cool them briefly before serving.
