How to make
Leave the butter to soften at room temperature. Add half the sugar and beat with the butter into a cream. Add 1 egg and 2 egg yolks and beat again.
Add the flour, milk and hazelnuts and stir everything. Put the dough into a cake form covered with baking paper. Beat the egg whites into snow with the remaining sugar.
Smear them on and smooth them out. Bake 50 min. at 320°F (160°C). Take the cake out from the form and leave it to cool on a cooking grid. Wash the strawberries, cut them into halves and place them on top of the cake.
