How to make
Pour boiling water over the thoroughly washed nettle and leave it for 4-5 min, then drain and cut it.
Heat the oil and saute the finely chopped onions and garlic until softened, along with the grated carrot as well. Add the nettle and lovage, saute 4-5 min, then pour on 5 cups (1.2 L) boiling water.
Boil and add the rice. After 10 min. add the lovage and spearmint. Boil until the rice is ready on low heat.
Remove from stove and thicken with the egg that's been well beaten in the yoghurt. Before serving, add 1 diced hard-boiled egg into each bowl.
