Ingredients

  • flour - 1 1/5 cups (300 g)
  • yoghurt - 1 cup
  • butter - 1/2 packet, melted
  • baking soda - 1 tsp
  • feta cheese - 9 oz (250 g)
  • powdered sugar - for sprinkling

How to make

Mix the yoghurt with the baking soda, add the melted butter and crumbled feta cheese.

Add the sifted flour and stir well until you get a thick dough.

Pour the dough into a prepared buttered tray. Put it to bake in a preheated moderate oven.

Take out the phyllo pastry from the oven and while still warm, sprinkle it with powdered sugar.
