How to make
Chop the onions finely and braise them in the butter, season with the spices.
Add the cleaned and chopped peppers and continue frying with them. Sprinkle with paprika and add the chopped tomatoes with the crumbled cheese.
Sprinkle with parsley, pour the mixture into a tray or clay pots and bake till ready.
Prepare a mixture of the eggs and yoghurt, beat well and pour it over the dish. Bake until the topping gets a nice crisp.
