How to make
Chop the onion and fry it in heated oil. Add some coarsely chopped peppers and fry them lightly as well.
Divide them into 3 greased clay pots, sprinkle them with some of the spices, put 1 slice of feta cheese into each and break 3 eggs over each pot.
Sprinkle with spices again, add a trickle of oil, put the lids on and put them to bake in a moderate oven for 15-20 minutes. Serve the eggs in a pot with a tomato slice and a sprig of parsley.
