Beat the softened butter into cream, add the flour a spoonful at a time, along with the milk, butter, egg yolks and season with salt, black pepper and chopped parsley.
Separately, beat the egg whites into fluffy snow and mix them into the main mixture. Pour the mixture into an oiled and sprinkled with breadcrumbs pudding form.
Put it to boil in a water bath for about 30 min. Cut the cooled mixture into strips and serve with a broth and soup.
