Ingredients

  • mince - 9 oz (250 g), beef
  • parsley - 1 tbsp, chopped
  • onions - 1 small head
  • garlic - 1 clove, crushed
  • breadcrumbs - 2 2/3 tbsp (40 g)
  • oregano - 1 tsp
  • olives - 1.5 oz (40 g), finely chopped, black
  • oil - for frying
  • black pepper
  • salt

How to make

Combine the mince with the grated onions, garlic, breadcrumbs, olives and oregano, parsley.

Season to taste with salt and black pepper. Shape small meatballs and fry them in heated oil.
