How to make
Wash the potatoes, peel them and cut them into thin slices. Sprinkle them with salt, paprika, with mixed spices if desired and stir well with oil or olive oil.
Cover a large tray with foil, oil it lightly and arrange the potato slices, which must not overlap too much. Put them to bake in a moderately heated oven. Once they are ready on one side, flip them to the other.
Optionally, you can fry the chips in generous amounts of oil, while also being careful not to overcook them.
