Ingredients

  • mushrooms - about 24.5 oz (700 g)
  • lemons - juice of 1 small
  • chicken broth - 2/3 cup (150 ml)
  • parsley - 1 - 2 tbsp, chopped
  • salt
  • black pepper

How to make

Clean the mushrooms with a brush, wipe them off with a towel, chop them and put them to boil in the lemon juice and broth for about 2 min. until softened.

Take them out using a slotted spoon and put them directly in a serving plate.

Boil the broth until it is reduced to about 1/5 cup (65 ml), add the parsley, some black pepper if desired and pour this sauce over the mushrooms.
