How to make
Mash the roasted and peeled peppers with the water into a puree. Separately, mash the walnuts with the garlic.
Add the bread crumbs and finely chopped chili peppers.
Continue mixing until all of the products are well mixed. Add the pepper puree and olive oil.
Season with the salt, cumin, lemon juice and paprika. Leave the prepared puree in the fridge overnight. This will allow the flavors to combine nicely.
