How to make
Melt the butter and fry the finely chopped onions and carrot in it. Pour in 6 1/5 cups (1.5 L) of water, the spices and salt.
Dice the potatoes and add them to the boiling soup. Boil for 10 min.
Dice the salmon as well. Take out the bay leaf and throw it out. Add the salmon pieces to the soup and boil another 10 min.
Add the cream and keep boiling the soup, then remove form the stove. Add the finely chopped parsley.
