How to make
This universal soy sauce marinade is quick to prepare and will add a rich flavor to any type of meat. It is suitable for pork, beef, chicken or turkey.
In a bowl, mix the soy sauce, white wine, olive oil, brown sugar, crushed garlic cloves, granulated onion, black pepper and dried oregano.
Mix everything together and pour the resulting marinade over the selected meat.
It is important that the meat stays in the marinade for at least a few hours, closed in a box or bag and placed in the refrigerator.
