How to make
The 1 kg of meat, is cut and tenderized according to the recipe.
Place it in a deep bowl and pour the marinade, that you have made from red wine and other specified products, over it.
Then the bowl is covered and stored in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours so that the meat can absorb the marinade.
It is then taken out and left at room temperature to rest and then you can cook it.
