How to make
In a bowl, beat 2 eggs until foamy, gradually add the sugar until white and thick cream is obtained.
Gradually pour the oil, followed by the milk.
Sift the dry ingredients flour, baking powder, vanilla sugar, cocoa through a sieve.
Gradually add to the egg mixture.
Mix everything until smooth.
Line a cake tin with baking paper and pour 3/4 of the mixture.
Break the chocolate into squares and spread it over the sponge cake mixture.
Place the rest on top.
Bake the cocoa sponge cake at 360°F (180°C) for 35 minutes until fully baked.
