How to make
The pork fillet is washed, dried and very carefully cut into about 0.4″ (1 cm) lengthwise.
Spread it on the counter and sprinkle with black pepper, a little salt, vegetable spice and soy sauce.
During this time, cut the carrots into thin julienne strips and put them briefly in boiling water. The mushrooms are also fried very briefly with the ham.
Cut the pickles and yellow cheese into thin strips and the processed cheese into cubes.
On the long part of the fillet at one end, arrange all the chopped products, sprinkle with a little savory herb and roll it up. Arrange the pieces of smoked bacon on top, overlapping them and tie the roll with thick thread, tightening it well so that it does not open up.
Place the roll in a baking pan and bake for about an hour and a half at 250°F (120°C). During the roasting process, it is poured several times from above with the sauce that the meat has released into the pan.
A piece of the roll is served with mushroom sauce and mashed potatoes or sautéed potatoes.
