How to make

The walnuts, almonds, hazelnuts and cashews are poured into a bowl and mixed very well, then grinded in a blender until very fine. They should not be grinded into flour.

The grinded mixture is poured into a bowl in which the dough will be kneaded.

The dried apricots are finely chopped.

The dates are pitted.

The dried apricots, dates, cranberries and both types of raisins are poured into a separate bowl and mixed, then grinded in a blender in three parts, adding 1 tablespoon of maple syrup to each part.

The mixture is added to the nut mixture.

A dough is kneaded from the two mixtures, kneading until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.

Vegan candies are formed by rolling half of them in cocoa, and the other half of the homemade candies are rolled in coconut shavings.

These very healthy vegan candies are energy bites that have you feeling energized for a very long time.
