  • buckwheat - 1 cup grains
  • water - 4 cups
  • salt - 1 tsp.
  • honey - or maple syrup
  • coconut oil - 1 tbsp.

How to make

Soak the buckwheat grains in cold water for a day. Rinse the grains and place them in a blender along with the water and a pinch of salt.

Blend the soaked grains for a few minutes.

Pour the mixture into a cheesecloth and strain the liquid, the resulting liquid is plant milk.

Add a spoonful of melted coconut oil.

Sweeten with honey or maple syrup if you want a vegan recipe.
