How to make
Put the soaked almonds in a bowl and leave them overnight in the refrigerator.
The almonds will swell up. Rinse the almonds and put them in a blender.
If you like a sweet taste, add honey, if not, you can skip that step.
Add the honey almonds and add water. Blend the almond milk for 2-3 minutes.
Use a gauze to strain the mixture through it.
Squeeze the gauze to get all of the liquid out of it. You do not need to throw away the remaining almonds, you can use them as a supplement to your breakfast.
Pour the almond milk into a bottle and use it within a maximum of five days.
Store raw almond milk in the refrigerator.
