In a deep bowl, I beat the almond milk with the baking powder and then added the oil, vanilla, a pinch of salt and flour, until a thick paste was obtained.
I covered it with a towel and left it for ten minutes.
I heated a pan with a non-stick coating and with a small ladle I poured the mixture and cooked for two or three minutes per side over medium heat.
I served the vegan pancakes with maple syrup.
