"A captivating and delicious keto Bavarian cream with almond milk that fits well into diet regimes and wont ruin your figure."

Ingredients

  • egg yolks - 3 pcs.
  • almond milk - 1 cup (250 ml) or another
  • liquid cream - 1 cup (250 ml), unsweetened, 30% and more
  • gelatin - 1.5 tbsp (15 g)
  • sweetener - 2.8 oz (80 g) /mix stevia with erythritol/
measures

How to make

A unique dessert in cups that is delicious and dietary. It's easy to prepare and it's done very quickly.

I use stevia for sweets and erythritol powder which is 1:1 with sugar.

For a dairy-free option, use coconut cream.

The gelatin is poured with 1 and a half tbsp. of water. It is mixed and left to swell.

The yolks with the keto sweetener are beaten into a thick cream.

The almond milk is warmed slightly. It is added gradually to the yolks, by beating with a mixer.

The mixture is put on low heat and stirred for a few minutes. It shouldn't boil. When it is hot enough, pour the swollen gelatin and stir until it melts. Remove the mixture from the heat and let it cool completely. Stir occasionally.

When the mixture has cooled, beat the cream into a thick cream. In order for the cream to be beaten well, it must have been in the refrigerator for at least 8 hours.

The most important part begins. The whipped cream is added in 3-4 parts to the other mixture. Stir very gently and carefully with a whisk. A fluffy and thick mixture is obtained.

The keto dessert is poured into bowls or cups and put in the fridge for a few hours to set.

If desired, you can garnish the finished Keto Bavarian Cream with Almond Milk with fruit, jam or chocolate.
