How to make
I cut the meat into large chunks, the carrot into circles or larger pieces, the mushrooms into 4 or 6 pieces, depending on their size, the onion into large crescents, the garlic cloves in halves.
I put everything raw in the pot and season with the products above. I mix everything, add the oil and the liquid (whichever one you chose).
I added water. I closed it with the lid and after the boiling signal I reduced it to medium heat. I cooked for 15 minutes. It turned out excellent.
At the end, in order for it to have some sauce, I thickened the remaining cooking liquid with 2 tablespoons of flour, diluted in cold water and pour it back into the pot.
I shook it lightly and left it for two minutes for the sauce to mix with the pork stew.
