How to make
Wash the green salad and spinach leaves. Let them drain well.
Wash and halve the cherry tomatoes, put them next to the leaves.
Season with good olive oil, balsamic vinegar and salt to taste.
Divide into two salad bowls. Put the capers on top.
Toast the sunflower seeds (or other nuts) in a dry pan and sprinkle them over the salad.
Place a ball of burrata cheese and thinly sliced parmesan in each bowl.
Drizzle with balsamic reduction and serve the delicious Italian baby spinach and burrata salad.
