How to make
Sift the flour into a bowl. The rest of the dry ingredients for the cake with pears are added to it - baking powder, sugar, cocoa and cinnamon.
Mix well and add the egg, fresh milk and melted butter to them.
All products are beaten and transferred to an oblong cake tin covered with baking paper. Prick three previously washed whole pears into the dough.
The homemade fruit cake is baked in an oven heated to 360°F (180°C) for about 20-25 minutes.
When ready, sprinkle with powdered sugar and ready to serve.
