"Spectacular festive rolls with cucumber and salmon mousse, with which you will impress even the most demanding guests!"

Ingredients

  • cucumbers - 2
  • smoked salmon - about 1.8 oz (50 g)
  • olives - several (stuffed with anchovies)
  • onion - 3.5 oz (100 g)
  • vinegar - 1 1/3 tbsp (20 ml)
  • crab rolls - 9 oz (250 g)
  • eggs - 2 hard boiled
  • tuna - 5.6 oz (160 g)
  • mayonnaise - 7 oz (200 g)

How to make

Clean and chop the onion. Put it as it is cut in a bowl with 20 ml. vinegar and a little water. This will soften its taste. Leave it like this for 30 minutes, then drain it very well and finally absorb the moisture with kitchen paper.

Put in a blender the crab rolls, the tuna drained from the liquid or oil in the can, the mayonnaise, the boiled and peeled eggs and the onion.

Blend briefly. It should be like finely chopped, not ground to a pulp.

Just before serving, peel the cucumbers and cut them into long thin strips using a vegetable peeler.

Arrange in several layers of cling film overlapping the thin strips of cucumber.

Then roll up using the foil, lifting it up. You can roll from the side that is more convenient for you.

Carefully remove the cling film and cut the rolls into bite-sized pieces. Arrange the rolls on a plate, decorate with olives and salmon and serve to your guests.
