"A pepper stew just like grandma used to make, in a bit of a tastier and more modern variation."

Ingredients

  • eggs - 10, hard - boiled
  • cream - 1 1/5 cups (300 g)
  • onions - 1 small head
  • broccoli - a few florets
  • cauliflowers - a few florets
  • green beans - 1 handful
  • peppers - 1 green + 1 red
  • butter - 2 2/3 tbsp (40 g)
  • paprika
  • salt

How to make

Fry the finely chopped onion in butter, add the thinly julienned peppers, broccoli and cauliflowers, and cleaned beans.

Saute until soft, then remove from the fire. Add the paprika, salt, a few tablespoons of water and stew it a bit.

Add the chopped eggs, heat and before serving, pour cream over the dish.
