Ingredients

  • onions - 2 heads
  • vinegar - 1 tsp
  • olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • macaroni - 17.5 oz (500 g)
  • pork - 7 oz (200 g) meat by choice
  • garlic - 2 cloves
  • mayonnaise - 1 pack
  • carrots - 1 boiled
  • parsley - 2 - 3 sprigs, or use dill
  • salt - to taste

How to make

Cut the onions into crescents or into fine pieces. Fry them in half the olive oil, then remove from the pan and sprinkle with vinegar.

Boil the macaroni in a separate pot. In yet another pot, saute the sliced pork meat with a little olive oil and the chopped carrot. Having boiled the macaroni, let them cool. Mix them with the onions and pork meat.

Make a mixture of mayonnaise and the pressed garlic. Put very little of it in a plate and arrange the prepared salad of macaroni and meat on top.

Sprinkle it with leaves of the herbs and serve.
