How to make
The quinoa is washed and put on the stove with 1 cup water.
When it boils, it is turned off and left covered for 15 minutes on the stove, until all the water is absorbed.
Chop the cabbage and spring onions and put them in a bowl.
Strained corn and pinto beans are added to them.
In a blender, prepare the dressing for the cabbage salad, pouring it in parts and 1/2-1 cup of water.
When the quinoa has cooled, add it to the bowl.
Pour the cabbage salad with the dressing and mix well.
