How to make
Wash the onions, carrots and potatoes and cut them finely. Boil them in 4/5 cup (200 ml) of water.
Blend everything in a blender. Serve the soup with 1 teaspoon of strained yoghurt, finely chopped parsley and 1 sprig green onions.
