How to make
Put the chopped carrot and onion in a pot with 3 liters of water. When they are boiled, add the oil, salt, paprika and buckwheat.
When the buckwheat is cooked, add the flour diluted in cold water.
Turn off the stove and leave it on the hob to boil.
When being served, the onion soup can be topped off with crumbled white cheese.
The onion soup with buckwheat is ready.
