How to make
The chicken drumstick is poured with a liter and a half of cold water and it is boiled along with the diced carrot, finely chopped onion, salt and black pepper. Boil the meat, until it's ready.
The chicken is removed and deboned, cut it into small pieces and place it back into the strained chicken broth.
Add milk, well-washed buckwheat and crushed noodles.
Boil, until the noodles are ready. Serve the chicken soup sprinkled with black pepper or parsley.
