Clean the chicken and put it to boil whole with the coarsely chopped vegetables. Add salt and black pepper peppercorns. When the meat boils long enough, remove the chicken.
Debone and cut it into small pieces. Strain the broth and return the chicken to it. Optionally, you can add finely chopped vegetables.
Add the milk and wine to the chicken and broth. Leave the chicken soup to boil. Serve the soup with chopped parsley and ground black pepper.
