How to make
We clean, wash and cut the onions. Heat fat in a pan and stew the onions.
Then we add the pre-cleaned and coarsely grated beetroot.
Cook for a few minutes, add the pickles cut into strips, stir and add the brine.
Add pressed garlic, finely chopped parsley and season with dry spices.
Cook for 4-5 minutes and remove the vitamin salad from the heat.
The beetroot and pickles salad is ready.
