  • turkey meat - 1.3 lb (600 g)
  • egg - 1
  • breadcrumbs - 1 - 2 tbsp.
  • salt
  • black pepper
  • oregano
  • garlic - 1 clove
  • parsley - 1 bunch
  • mustard - 1 tsp.
  • baking soda - 1/2 tsp.
  • flour - for rolling
  • for the sauce
  • yogurt - 4.4 oz (125 g)
  • mayonnaise - 1 tbsp.
  • cream cheese - 1 tbsp.
  • salt
  • garlic - 2 cloves
  • oregano
  • onion powder

How to make

Grind the turkey meat along with the onion.

Put it in a bowl along with the rest of the products for the meatballs and knead the minced meat.

Wrap it in cling film and leave it in the fridge for a few hours.

Remove and shape the turkey meatballs. Roll them in flour on both sides and fry them in the pan on medium heat.
