How to make
Mash all the cheeses along with the spices and most of the pomegranate seeds in a bowl. Leave the rest for decoration.
Toast the nuts in a dry pan, chop and also add to the other products. Stir well.
Place the mixture on a piece of cling film and roll well, forming a ball. Place it in the freezer for 30-40 minutes to harden.
Unwrap the hardened cheese bomb and sprinkle with the toasted and finely chopped nuts and the spices. Roll well to completely cover the white surface.
Refrigerate or leave it at room temperature before serving.
Sprinkle with the saved pomegranate seeds and serve with savory crackers or toasted slices of baguette.
