How to make
Peel the pumpkin and cut it into suitable pieces.
Put it in a baking pan, pour 1/2 cup of water, sprinkle with sugar and roast it, by being careful not to soften it too much.
Cool the roasted pumpkin. Melt the broken chocolate in a water bath, by adding the oil.
Stir and dip each piece into the chocolate glaze.
Arrange the chocolate pumpkins on a suitable plate and sprinkle the roasted pumpkin with powdered sugar if desired.
The Chocolate Pumpkin is very tasty.
